1 & 2: Nope. Don’t have a mobile device, either.

What?? No mobile phones for worms?? Better be careful there, Jak– you’re gonna need their help to enrich the soil in your garden!! : )
Always nice to see you, many thanks for stopping by!

Hmm. They could be organic-based cell phones. Right you are, though, I need their help! The earthworms seem to be doing well enough, actually (plenty of grass to eat, yes, that’s what they eat), but I never had much luck farming the composting ones.

I am soooo boring, Mark… No, I haven’t downloaded any apps; I leave all that stuff up to my (not so literate) smart phone holding mate, and he gets his ‘knickers in a knot’ with all the infernal rubbish on his phone… Quite funny really..! 😉
I love your little worms, and I agree with the comment… How’d he do it…? 🙂

You? Boring?? Ha! That’ll be the day, as John Wayne once said to Buddy Holly… : )
Knickers in a knot… yes, I can identify. I’ve had to unknot my own underwear countless times, almost always in connection with computers or similar devices!!
Lovely to see you, my dear Carolyn!! : )

Why shouldn’t worms have mobile phones? Worms have been discriminated against for too long; there’s just too much wormism in this world!

Wormism– haw!! Truly inspired, Jen! I let out a roar when I read that, which caused a lotta worms to pop outta the ground in what passes for my backyard– which made the neighborhood robins very happy… : )
Always great to see you, thanks so much for that very witty comment!! : )

There might be some worms who have mobile phones. That should be discouraged. There’s already enough rats who do. Not to mention other assorted low-lifes and animals. 🙂

Hee-haw!! Thank’ee, ol’ quipster! Had a feeling you’d be goin’ to work on that leading question!! Yes, it’s disgusting, all the rats walkin’ around with their mobile phones, hangin’ out in Cheese Forums, using their whiskers as wi-fi receivers… something’s gotta be done!! : P
You always make this low-life laugh, Judy– thanks again!! : )

He must have used his tail! It’s the only explanation!!
Another amusing illustration on this bright day, thanks Mark! 🙂

An educated tail– ha! I think you’ve hit on the only plausible solution, Lily! I wish I had one– mine only knows how to sit down… : P

I believe in equal app rights for worms. 🙂 Loved this, it’s super!

Equal app rights– ha! I hope some litigation-minded lawyer didn’t overhear that, or all the world’s worms will be filing a class action lawsuit!!
Always nice to see you, thanks a lot for your comment and support! : )

What’s that?? Installing apps can be tricky even for a genius like yourself?? Oh, dear– where does that leave the rest of us?? : )
Thanks for sharing your experience and making me smile! : )

That would be a great app – I could use an extra pair of hands now and then!

Ha! I hadn’t thought about it that way, Margie– excellent idea! Yes… I can see you shooting 360-degree panoramas, using four cameras. Of course, you’ll need to download some extra eyes, too. Hmm… this could get complicated… and seriously weird… : P
Many thanks for a funny thought and your continuing support!! : )

BWAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!!! LOVE this one!!! And I’m so glad you didn’t call them “paws.” Eww?
Worms and phones? Sure. Scaled to size, though. I don’t want to see one bitsy worm struggling across the street, dodging traffic and puddles, with an IPhone strapped to his back. That’d be wrong.
I finally got a phone from this century (the aforementioned iPhone) and am still learning how to use it. No apps yet; I’m too suspicious of what might travel down the app-delivery tubes along with them. Some kind of viral crud? ::shivers::
LOL~!!!!!!!!
GREAT post, Mark! Wonderful way to start this day!

Ah! If they ever invent a Robin King Good Humor App, I’m gonna download it pronto!! Of course, I’ll hafta buy a phone first… : (
I hear ya about downloads– they always make me nervous. Doctors have a name for it now: Viral Crud Paranoia… : )
Your image of a worm with an iPhone strapped to his back really made me laugh– and thank you for that wunnaful, wunnaful comment!!

Yes! Worms should be allowed to have mobile phones. These two guys are too cute!
I have a Nook Tablet, but I never think to download apps onto it. My phone is too old for apps. Ack! I am app deprived, and these worm guys are more hip than I am!

Thank you for supporting worms!! They’re all very grateful, and they said to tell you that you can count on them the next time you go fishing. I think they were pulling my leg. Ugh!– now my foot’s all slimy… : (
I’m ready to go on record and say you’re a lot more hip than worms any old day– so there!! : P

I would never have thought of worms using mobile…especially being accustomed with applications! Attracting advertisement for mobile users who THINK that even a worm can use that…why NOT ME?
LikeLike
Ha, ha! That’s a brilliant advertising concept you’ve come up with: Look everyone, this app’s so simple, even a worm can use it– so why not you?!! Excellent!
If any mobile app developer reads this and wants to pay a million dollars for the idea, I’ll give it all to you– except for maybe $5 which I’ll use to buy some worms. I’ll ask them to model for me if I decide to do some more worm cartoons… : )
Thanks for stopping by, and for your very funny comment!

I believe you make fun of me for being a kind of a “dreamer” I shall say. Well, maybe you’re right! But “humour” is sth that we all miss and why not an ad that could produce some of it! Theoretically speaking…Αt the same time it’s eco-friendly and it differs greatly from everything we are used to. Of course the ad it’s just for the attraction.. it follows that the device should be trustworthy and with all the features that it’s users need! (So..don’t be so strict with me 🙂 …you never no! lol

No, no! I was not making fun of you, I was just being silly. Really! I apologize sincerely if I’ve given offense– that was not my intention!
I agree with you completely: we all need more humor, and ads that are different really grab our attention. You’re also right about a good ad not being enough– the product has to be good, too!!
I like your idea very much, and I think it would make a great ad. Again, I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to sound strict– I was just being silly. : )

Oh! Don’t worry and you don’t have to apologize. Maybe I was a bit “sensitive” about the whole thing…Besides I really love your work and I think that you are a great artist! Thanks for the talk 🙂

I loved this and the other artwork I’ve looked at. You have quite an interesting and quirky way of looking at life.
I agree the worms should have apps, anything to keep them happy.
I think he used his head–maybe just his nose or tongue?
Next problem–I did not see in Wikipedia that they had ears. I guess all they can do is text!
