Today is International Women’s Day 2019. The theme is #balanceforbetter.

I hope we’re moving (lurching?) towards a world where gender and race don’t matter.

Where people and ideas are judged on merit.

We need balance. It does make things better. Diverse voices. Diverse views. Diverse ideas.

Censorship and discrimination aren’t just wrong, they give
us tunnel vision, a form of blindness.

In business, in life.

We go astray when we deny certain people a place at the table.

Balance for better.
